We agree your project schedule before work begins, based on the scope and the materials needed. We keep you updated throughout. Changes to scope, content or feedback may affect the schedule; any revised dates are agreed with you.

Your logo and brand guidelines, page content, images you have permission to use, and the necessary account access. Use account invitations or delegated access where available. We confirm missing materials and any content support before setting the schedule.

Tell us the date and what needs to be ready. We will check availability and scope before confirming whether an accelerated schedule is possible, with any additional cost agreed first.

Faults in work we built are covered for 30 days after launch under the service terms, and while you hold an active care plan. Hosting, ongoing support and eligible updates follow your care plan. New pages, features and other additional work are quoted separately.
